I will need to see the following information in order to get you approved:

• Your 2010 and 2009 W2s and tax returns (we need all of the schedules in the return)
• Your last 2 paystubs
• Your last 2 months bank statements from checking, savings, 401k, mutual funds etc. (need all pages of each statement even if they are blank.
• Driver's License
• Last Mortgage statement (for refinance only)
• Survey of home (for refinance only)
